All About Me

Students create a product in an app of their choice on the iPad.  It will be added to the homepage of their ePortfolio.  The purpose is to help others learn about their unique qualities and interests.  

 Here are some apps they might consider using.

  • iMovie

  • Bazaart
  • PowToon
  • Comic Maker
  • Prezi
  • Word Collage
  • Keynote
  • Garage Band

    A student can make a short iMovie or trailer about themselves, upload it to google drive, and then insert the video into their site.

    Use a Web 2.0 to create a presentation and then add the link to the All About Me page.

    Use Comic Maker App to upload a short story about themselves in a cute format.

    How can teachers provide a scaffold so that students create All About Me products that are of quality? Could thinking maps or other pre-writing processes be required prior to using the technology?
