All About Me

Students create a product in an app of their choice on the iPad.  It will be added to the homepage of their ePortfolio.  The purpose is to help others learn about their unique qualities and interests.  

Here are some apps they might consider using.

Augmented Reality Presentation

TEDTalk - Augmented Reality

This flipped video will help you prepare for our time together on Thursday, September 25th.  It is an 8 minute TedTalk with an interactive portion, providing a brief experience with Augmented Reality. Participating in this pre-work will allow our time during the session to be spent going deeper into classroom application. 

Before beginning the flipped video, you should…

1. Download the following apps on your iPad: Aurasma, Elements4D, Star Chart, and IKEA catalogue. 
2. Create an account in Aurasma.
3. Click on the icon at the bottom of the screen to get to the main menu.  
4. Search (using the magnifying glass) and follow these two channels in Aurasma so that they can view the examples in the flipped video.
